City Engineer shall be privately maintained by the property owners or through a <br /> Homeowners Association or a Maintenance Association if there is no commonly <br /> owned land as determined by the City Engineer, Director of Community <br /> Development, and City Attorney. Easements shall be recorded for the private storm <br /> drain facilities concurrently with the final subdivision map. The maintenance <br /> responsibilities shall be set forth in the easements or other appropriate document to <br /> be recorded concurrently with the final subdivision map, as approved by the City <br /> Attorney. <br /> 55.The applicant shall extend the existing bicycle lane striping along the frontage of the <br /> proposed development. The striping shall conform to the City's Standard <br /> Specification and shall be to the satisfaction of the City Traffic Engineer prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> Building <br /> 56.Prior to receiving a foundation inspection for the structure, the project developer <br /> shall submit a pad elevation certification prepared by a licensed land surveyor or <br /> registered civil engineer to the Chief Building Official and Director of Community <br /> Development, certifying that the pad elevation and building location (setbacks) are <br /> pursuant to the approved plans. <br /> 57.Prior to issuance of a building permit, the project developer shall pay the applicable <br /> Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, <br /> including irrigation meters. Additionally, the project developer shall pay any <br /> applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br /> URBAN STORMWATER CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> 58.The project shall comply with the "Alameda Countywide NPDES Permit <br /> #CAS612008 dated October 14, 2009 and amendments to this permit" issued the by <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay Region, a copy <br /> of which is available at the Community Development Department, Public <br /> Works/Engineering section at City offices, Alameda County Clean Water Program <br /> and at State Water Board <br /> (http://www.wate rboa rds.ca.gov/sa nfra n ci scobay/wate r_i ssu es/programs/stormwate r <br /> /Municipal/index.shtml.; <br /> and <br /> http://www.waterboa rds.ca.gov/sa nfranciscobay/board_info/agendas/2007/march/ala <br /> meda%20final%20order%20r2-2007-0025.pdf) <br /> The project shall also comply with the "Construction General Permit" by the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay Region. <br />
