The plan shall be part of the building permit plan set. <br /> 23.The project developer shall specify the details of windows and doors (manufacturer, <br /> style/model, etc.) on the construction drawings submitted for plan check. The details <br /> shall include a one-inch window recess as measured from the siding not the window <br /> sill/trim. The details shall be subject to review and approval by the Director of <br /> Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 24.The front yard fence on Lot 1 shall be revised from the proposed 30-inch high solid <br /> fence to a 36-inch high split rail fence. This revision shall be reflected on the <br /> construction plans and is subject to the review and approval by the Director of <br /> Community Development. <br />
