EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />PUD-81-22 <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br /> the development plan on file with the Plannlng <br /> Division. <br /> <br />2. That since the development plan does not show the <br /> specific design of the proposed buildings or indi- <br /> vidual sites in the project, all buildings, including <br /> housing units, and all individual site landscaping <br /> and parking shall require approval by the Design <br /> Review Board prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 3. That there shall be no buildings on the subject property <br /> over five stories in height. <br /> <br /> 4. That there shall be a minimum 20 ft. wide landscape/ <br /> public service easement from behind the curb along the <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road frontage of the subject property. <br /> Except in the area between ~ql and the western property <br /> · line there shall be a 6-1/2 to 8 ft. wide bikeway/ped <br /> path within this easement, the design of which shall <br /> be approved by the City Engineer. There shall be no <br /> buildings or parking areas within this easement. Plans <br /> for the easement, including landscaping and bikeway/ped <br /> path construction shall be approved by the Planning staff ... <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> 5. That the building footprints shown on the development <br /> plan are illustrative and building shapes may be changed <br /> somewhat when submitted for design review consideTation; <br /> also driveways and parking areas may be redesigned to. <br /> the extent necessary to accommodate changes in building <br /> outline and the type of parking proposed. Building <br /> sizes and heights shall remain essentially as shown on <br /> the development plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
