RESOLUTION NO. 12-584 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, SETTING <br /> THE 2013 CALENDAR YEAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 2.04.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code allows the City Council <br /> by resolution to establish dates of its regular meeting; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its December 4, 2012 meeting, the City Council reviewed and considered <br /> the 2013 calendar year meeting schedule. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. That the 2013 City Council Regular Meeting Schedule is as follows: <br /> January 15 July 16 <br /> February 5 August 20 <br /> February 19 September 3 <br /> March 5 September 17 <br /> March 19 October 1 <br /> April 2 October 15 <br /> April 16 November 5 <br /> May 7 November 19 <br /> May 21 December 3 <br /> June 4 December 17 <br /> June 18 <br /> SECTION 2. That all regular meetings of the City Council shall start a: 7:00 P.M. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on the 4th day of December, 2012. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of <br /> December 2012, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Cook-Kallio, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Karen Di z, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan P.
