RESOLUTION NO. 12-579 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE 2011/12FY YEAR-END FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE 2011/12FY CIP <br /> BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement <br /> Program is presented to Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments <br /> and carryovers; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br /> 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the year-end financial review, staff made numerous <br /> recommendations as outlined in that report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: The 2011/12FY Capital Improvement Program Budget is hereby amended, <br /> as shown in Appendix A. <br /> SECTION 2: The Capital Improvement Program Budget carryovers are hereby <br /> approved, as shown in Appendix B. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on November 20, 2012. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of <br /> November, 2012 by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Vice Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Mayor Hosterman <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Kare Diaz, City C'7 <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> _ (/ <br /> J .
