CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALA~ZDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1013 <br /> <br /> APPROV!NG THE APPLICATION OF MILDRED VALLARiNO <br /> AND HARRIS REALTY COMPANY FOR PLANNED b]qlT DEVELOPMENT <br /> ZONING AND DEVELOPM]~NT PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROX- <br /> MATELY 61 UNIT HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX <br /> ON A 4.7 ACPZ SiTE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF <br /> VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE AMADOR COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mildred Vallarino and Harris Realty Company applied <br /> for development plan approval for construction of <br /> an approximately 61 unit high density residential <br /> complex on a 4.7 acre site located on the north side <br /> of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court and also <br /> for rezoning of the site from RM-4000 to PUD-High <br /> Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />W'HEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted. by Council on January 12, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- <br /> ation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 12, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan <br /> and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for an approximately <br /> 6i-unit high density residential complex on a 4.7 <br /> acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br /> opposite Amador Court, subject to the conditions <br /> on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 4.7 acre <br /> site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue <br /> opposite Amador Court from RM-4000 to the PUD-High <br /> Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> <br /> <br />
