CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALA~ZDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1013 APPROV!NG THE APPLICATION OF MILDRED VALLARiNO AND HARRIS REALTY COMPANY FOR PLANNED b]qlT DEVELOPMENT ZONING AND DEVELOPM]~NT PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROX- MATELY 61 UNIT HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX ON A 4.7 ACPZ SiTE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE AMADOR COURT WHEREAS, Mildred Vallarino and Harris Realty Company applied for development plan approval for construction of an approximately 61 unit high density residential complex on a 4.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court and also for rezoning of the site from RM-4000 to PUD-High Density Residential District; and W'HEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted. by Council on January 12, 1982; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 12, 1982; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for an approximately 6i-unit high density residential complex on a 4.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 4.7 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court from RM-4000 to the PUD-High Density Residential District. Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk,
