CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUntY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1011 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CPK ASSOCIATES AID <br /> WALTER PANGANIBAN FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> FOR A RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON 21 ACRES AT THE NORTH- <br /> WEST CORNER OF RHEEM DRIVE AND OAKLAND AVENUE AND <br /> FOR REZONING THE SITE TO PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br /> DISTRICT <br /> <br />~{EREAS, CPK Associates and Walter Panganiban applied for <br /> development plan approval for construction of a <br /> project consisting of 113 single-family residences <br /> and 83 townhouse units on an approximately 21 acre <br /> site located at the northwest corner of Rheem Drive <br /> and Oakland Avenue and also for rezoning of the <br /> site from A (Agricultural) to the PUD-MediumDensity <br /> Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on December 22, <br /> 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation <br /> for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 22, <br /> 198!~'and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a <br /> project consisting o£ 113 single-£amily homes and 83 <br /> townhouse units on an approximately 21 acre site <br /> located at the northwest corner of Rheem Drive and <br /> Oakland Avenue, subject to the conditions on Exhibit <br /> "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 21 acre <br /> site located at the northwest corner of Rheem Drive <br /> and Oakland Avenue from the "A" (Agricutlural) District <br /> to the PUD-Medium Density Residential District. <br /> <br /> <br />
