EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 18.106 AND SECTIONS 18.08.475, 18.28.030(A), 18.32.030(H), <br />18.32.040(P), 18.36.030(H), 18.36.040(Q) and 18.124.280 OF <br /> TI-IE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> <br />SECTION ONE. Amend Section 18.08.475, Definition of Second Units," in its entirety <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Second unit" means an attached or a detached residential dwelling unit which provides <br />complete independent living facilities for one or more persons. It shall include <br />permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation on the same lot <br />as the one-family dwelling is situated.
