The table below identifies these projects and their status in this <br />CIP. <br /> <br /> DISPOSITION OF CITY COUNCIL <br />"HIGHEST" PRIORITY PROJECTS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CIP FUNDING <br /> <br />PROJECT NAME STATUS IN THE CIP <br />Altamont Commuter Express The Miscellaneous CIP estimates a reserve of $7.5 million dollars through the <br />Rail Project- Permanent Station term of the CIP for Bemal Property improvements. Specific properly, <br />and Ongoing Operational improvements will be determined based on City Council action and whether any <br />Funding funding will be used for this project. <br />Alviso Adobe Community Park The CIP anticipates full funding by the end of 2003-04. <br />Development of a Community Phase I of this park is estimated at $4.4 million. The CIP has an existing project <br />Park on the Bemal Property reserve of $2,113,714 and projects $2,335,000 in FY 03-04/FY 04-05. As a result <br /> full funding is anticipated in conjunction with schedule for park development. <br /> The CIP also included $400,000 in 2005-06/2006-07 as a reserve for Phase Il. <br />Bemal Property Creek This project is expected to be funded with grants through the City's operating <br />Restoration budget. <br />BMX Park Development This project was funded fully in the previous CIP. <br />City Hall-Long Term Space The CIP anticipates a reserve of $10.3 million by the end of the CIP. <br />Needs <br />Kottinger Creek Restoration This project is funded for $300.000 in FY 03-04. <br />Alameda County Transportation The CIP includes $400,000 for Downtown parking improvements which can be <br />Corridor Acquisition and applied to this project. However, specific projects for this funding have not yet <br />Downtown Parking been identified. The recommended funding is in addition to a reserve of <br />Improvements $900,000. <br />Conversion of Railroad Avenue The CIP includes $2 million for this project. Staffanticipates development ora <br />Fire Station master plan to determine facility design and project costs in FY 03-04. <br />Relocation of Fire Station #4 With funding orS1.1 million in FY 03-04. this project will be fully funded with a <br />(Railroad Avenue) to the Bemal total budget of $3.3 million. <br />Property <br />Bemal Bridge Abutment With funding of $175,000 in FY 03-04, this project will be fully funded for an <br />Removal estimated budget of $300,000. <br />Development of Happy Valley The CIP includes the debt service for this project which was fully funded in the <br />Golf Course and Open Space previous CIP. <br />Happy Valley Bypass Road This project is included as a High Priority unfunded project and is dependent on <br />Development development of the Spotomo property. <br />Val Vista Park Renovation and The Park CIP includes $425,000 to complete the funding for this project. <br />Expansion <br />Veteran's Memorial Building The CIP includes $1.8 million and when combined with the existing reserve, will <br /> result in total funding of $2,947,000 for this project. <br />Vineyard Corridor Street Issues This project was funded in the previous CIP. <br /> <br />vii <br /> <br /> <br />
