CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-075 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT <br /> AND LEVYING THE 2003-04 ASSESSMENT FOR LIGHTING <br /> AND LANDSCAPE DISTRICT 1994-1 (OAK TREE FARM) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held before the City Council on June 17, 2003 <br /> on the question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment for Lighting and <br /> Landscape Assessment District No. 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there were no protests regarding the proposed assessments; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council confirms the Engineer's Report, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby levies the 2003-04 annual assessments in connection with <br /> Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), as <br /> described in the Engineer's Report. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 17, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
