CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1009 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXI~iATELY 23 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ARROYO MOCHO IMMEDIATELY EASTERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO THE CITY LIMIT LINE TO THE A (AGRICULTURE) DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately 23 acre parcel located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent to the present City limit line approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road (Annexation No. 83) to the "A" (Agriculture) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on Dec- ember 8, 1981; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 8, 1981; and WHEREAS, the City Councilsfinds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 23 acre parcel located on the north side of the Arroyo Mocho immediately easterly of and adjacent to the city limit line approximately 2,000 feet west of E1 Charro Road, which land is involved in Annexation No. 83, to the "A" (Agriculture) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map # 237, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated December 8, 1981, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
