Modify Chapter 18.08, Definitions—Add a definition for "Special Downtown <br /> Accessory Entertainment Use". <br /> 18.08.523 Special Downtown Accessory Entertainment Use. <br /> "Special downtown accessory entertainment use" means the following type of accessory <br /> use approved by the City on or after (enter date ordinance becomes effective) in the <br /> area designated Downtown Hospitality Central Core or Downtown Hospitality Transition <br /> Area: live entertainment, including music, poetry readings, stand-up comedy, and <br /> performance art; disc jockey music; dancing; or other similar use as determined by the <br /> zoning administrator. A special downtown accessory entertainmert use does not <br /> include adult entertainment establishment uses, as defined in Chapter 18.114 of this <br /> code. <br /> 2. Modify Chapter 18.08, Definitions—Modify the definition of a "bar". <br /> 18.08.055 Bar. <br /> "Bar" means any premises in which alcoholic beverages are regularly offered for sale <br /> and on-site consumption excluding restaurants that only sell alcoholic beverages <br /> between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. A restaurant which sells alcoholic beverages after <br /> 10:00 p.m. anytime after 11:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m. shall be classified as a bar for <br /> purposes of this zoning code. <br /> P12-0798 Draft Pleasanton Municipal Code Amendments <br /> Page 1 of 10 <br />
