AESTHETICS <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SETTING <br /> The Draft Downtown Hospitality Guidelines (P11-0824) address commercial businesses <br /> and special events within the Downtown Specific Plan Area (Downtown) shown in Figures <br /> 1 and 2 (above).
