If approved, the special event guidelines <br /> would be utilized when the City reviews special events Downtown which are proposed on <br /> City streets, sidewalks, and parks, such as the First Wednesday Street Parties, Friday <br /> night Concerts in the Park Downtown, parades and other special activities. Such special <br /> events are reviewed by the Police Department/City Council.
