Counting rooms in assisted living <br /> facilities against the housing cap will reduce the number of units available in the City, <br /> potentially impacting the availability of workforce housing. <br /> Fiscal Impact: <br /> If the Initiative is adopted,shifting units from hillsides to other areas of the City, <br /> will likely result in a fiscal impact to the City in the form of decreased net annual <br /> operating revenues ranging from$69,000 to $183,000, as well as the loss of up to $2.8 <br /> million in one-time development impact fees for infrastructure projects.
