The actual reduction in development impact fees to the City <br /> and the other agencies is dependent upon the actual mix of housing units that is actually <br /> developed(i.e., multifamily units versus single family detached units). Significantly, <br /> while the reduction in the City's development impact fees range from$6,539,148 to <br /> S1 1,485,584, other agencies such as the Pleasanton Unified School District are equally, if <br /> not more, impacted. <br /> 37 <br />
