It addresses questions on how to measure slopes, the definitions of the <br /> terms "ridge" and "ridgeline," and whether the limitations of slopes 25 percent or greater <br /> apply to manmade slopes or roadways. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Review the options and staff recommendations as outlined in the report, and provide <br /> direction on implementation. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no financial impact as a result of this report. <br />
