§ 2-2.3305 Modified Development Standards. <br /> A. Yard Requirements. <br /> <br /> 1. No yard requirements shall apply to property in the <br /> underlying C-C District. <br /> <br /> B.Open Space for Property in an Underlying RM and C-C District. <br /> <br /> 1.
