IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE 0F CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2483_____ <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby resolve as followsl <br /> <br /> 1. That it is for the best interest of the City to <br />accept delivery of the followin~ described deed= <br /> <br /> Deed of MARIANA ANDRADE dated August 8, 1955, <br /> conveyin~ & right of way for purposes of construction, <br /> use and maintenance of a public highway on the <br /> easterly 11 feet of property fronting First Street, <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 2.
