TN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON, <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2482 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby resolve as follows~ <br /> <br /> 1. That it is for the best interest of the City to <br />accept delivery of the following described deed~ <br /> <br /> Deed of ORIN E. 0ROUE and VIVIAN IONE ~0W~, husband <br /> and wife, dated August 8, 1955, conveying a right of <br /> way for purposes of construction, use and maintenance <br /> of a public highway on the easterly 11 feet of <br /> property fronting First Street. Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Clerk shall present said deed and <br /> Certified copy of this resolution to the Recorder of Alameda <br /> <br />County. <br /> <br />Dated this 8th day of __August _, 19~5o <br /> <br />the Cia/of l'leasanton <br /> <br />Attest= <br /> <br />City Ole~ of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
