IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CA~IFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2481 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby resolve as follows= <br /> <br /> 1. That it is for the best interest of the City to <br />accept delivery of the following described deed= <br /> <br /> Deed of 01~AHARMS FRUDDEN and i~E~ERT E. HARMS, <br /> dated August 8, 1955, conveying a right of way for <br /> purposes of construction, use and maintenance <br /> of a public highway on the easterly 11 feet of <br /> property fronting First Street, ~leasantono <br /> <br /> 2.
