Section 1: That any project which has entered into an agreement <br /> with the City whereby the project developer agrees that <br /> a substantial proportion of the units in the project <br /> will participate in the Mortgage Revenue Bond Program <br /> shall be exempt from the provisions of the RAP ordinance <br /> or any subsequently enacted residential growth control <br /> ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (!5) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on November 10, 1981. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on November 24, 1981 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mohr Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer ' <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~~~Z~/ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTE ST: <br /> <br /> Walk ClerkJ <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FO~4: <br /> <br />~arvey E. ~L~'vi~'i~ ty Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
