Fifteen of the 100 "first come first served" are reserved for single-lot custom <br /> homes. <br /> In 2009, the Ordinance was revised to reflect that the 350-unit-per-year limit would be exceeded if <br /> needed to meet obligations under the City's RHNA allocation. <br /> The program includes provisions for carrying over growth management allocations to subsequent <br /> years, borrowing allocations from succeeding years, and for use of unused major project and "first <br /> come first served" project allocations in each year.
