RESOLUTION NO. 12-573 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF CITIZENS' OPTIONS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY <br /> PROGRAM FUNDS (COPS) <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 16, 2012, the City Council was presented a report <br /> recommending the use of Citizens' Option for Public Safety (COPS) funds received from the <br /> State, as outlined in Section 30061 of the Government Code and in accordance with AB 1584. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the recommendations for expenditures <br /> of COPS 16 funds. <br /> • Police Armored Rescue Vehicle $114, 100 <br /> SECTION 2.
