CITY OF PLw. ASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 25~0 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STORM <br />DRAIN FROM M. G. C. CO. IN TRACT 1720 <br /> <br />W~'~'~T~AS M. G. C. CO., a California Corporation has tendered <br /> <br />delivery of a Grant of Easement conveying to the City of Pleasan- <br /> <br />ton, a municipal corporation, easements and right of ways for <br /> <br />stom drain purposes as described below: and <br /> <br />W~n~WEAS the City Eagineer and the City Attorney have <br /> <br />approved said Grant of Easement, and it is for the best interests <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton to accept delivery of said deed: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />does resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City of Pleasant~ does hereby accept the Grant <br />of Easement from M. G. C. Co., dated April 7, 1956, for that <br />Certain land located in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, consisting of portions of Lots 4, 5 and 6 <br />in Block 5 of Tract 1720, according to the map thereof filed <br />March 22, 1956, in the office of the County Recorder of said <br />Alameda County, and of record in Map Book 37, at pages 3 and 4, <br />and more particularly described in said deed attached hereto. <br /> <br /> 2.
