CITY OF PLF~Akw~ON <br /> <br /> Resolution No, 2539 <br />Establishing a capital--~lay fund, <br />and agreeing that proceeSre- <br />ceived from the Housing ~uthority of <br />the Dity of Plessanto~ shall be used <br />only for capital improvements. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Pleasanton <br />operates the housing project known as Kemandorski Village, ar~l in <br />said operation receives certain services under a contract with the <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in said operation of Komandorski Village some sur- <br />plus funds have accrued c~ are expected to accrue to the Housing <br />Authority; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, section 3~45 of the Health & Safety code, State of <br />California, contemplates the disposition of said housing project <br />and s~rplus funds in 1961, and authorizes the agreement of cities <br />and their housing authorities as to said operation and disposition <br />of housing projects and their funds; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEI~F~FORE, TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PT.W~SANTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That a special fund shall be created as a part of <br />the accounts of this City, to be known as the "CAPITAL IMPROVE~ <br />~NT FUND (HOUSING AUTHORITY)." <br /> <br /> 2. That all money received from the Housing Authority <br />by reason of the operation of Komandorski Village over and above <br />the amount received under the contract for services dated 27th d~y <br />o~__January , 1955, shall be deposited in said "Capital Improv- <br />ment Fund (Housing Authority." <br /> <br /> 3. The City of Pleasanton, in consideration of such <br />transfers of proceeds from the operation of Komandorski Village, <br />agrees and declares that said funds shall be used only for cap- <br />ital outlays and improvements, and not for general expenses of th~ <br />City. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED THIS 9th day of April , 1956. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />City Ct'~rk <br /> <br /> <br />
