CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALA~I)A, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />-0- <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2532 <br /> <br /> T~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLW. ASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE A~ FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Final Map for Tract 1720, also known as "Bonde <br />Tract ~ 2,, hsving been duly considered pursuant to the Subdivi- <br />sion Map Act of the State of California, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Clerk and the City Engineer are hereby in- <br />structed to execute affidavits so that said map may be recorded. <br /> <br /> 3. That the City does hereby enter the contract of even <br />date for construction of all work and improvements shown on said <br />map, consisting of four (~) pages, with the M.G.C. Co., a Calif- <br />ornia corporation, and does authorize the Mayor and the City <br />Clekk to execute said contract in behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> $. That said map and plans and specifications are hereby <br />incorporated in this resolution, a copy is attached hereto, and <br />shall have the effect as thoug~ set out in full. <br /> <br /> 5. That the streets, highways, easements, right of ways, <br />and all improvements shown in said map, and offered for dedica- <br />tion by the M.G.C.
