T~E CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF PLw&S~ON, <br />COUNTY OF ~A, STATE OF CALIFOPJ~IA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ / <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and the M.G.C. Co., a Cor- <br />poration formed under the laws of California, have executed a <br />contract for the acceptance of certain dedications and the con- <br />truction of certain improvements in the subdivision of land known <br />as Tract 1720, also known as "Bonde Tract No. 2"; and <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the final map of said tract cannot be recorded un- <br />til drainage easements are adjusted; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOW~: <br />t) That the Mayor, James W. Trimingham, and the City <br />Clerk, Margaret L. Conner, both officers of the City of Pleasanton <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute in the name of the <br />City of Pleasanton, a general law city, Alameda County, California <br />that certain QUITCLAIM D~, dated.. ~. ". / ~ , 1956, where~ <br />in the City of Pleasanton quitclaims to Duke Bonde and Roselma <br />Bonde, his wife, and M. G. C.
