CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUntY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1003 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 83 ACRE SITE BOUNDED <br /> BY CRELLIN ROAD ON THE SOUTH AND THE CITY LIMIT <br /> LINE ON THE WEST TO THE P DISTRICT FOR TttE SCttOOL <br /> SITE AND PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR <br /> THE REMAINING PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an <br /> approximately 83 acre site consisting of five separate <br /> parcels located on the north side of the extension of <br /> Crellin Road immediately east of the Pleasanton city <br /> limit line, which land is involved in Annexation No. <br /> 90, to the P District for the school site and PUD-Low <br /> Density Residential District for the remaining four <br /> parcels; and <br /> <br />~REAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment, a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> October 13, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation <br /> for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 13, <br /> 1981; and <br /> <br />~REAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF TttE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 83 acre <br /> site consisting of five separate parcels bounded by <br /> Crellin Road on the south and the city limit line on <br /> the west to the P District for the school site and <br /> PUD-Low Density Residential District for the remaining <br /> four parcels, all of which are involved in Annexation <br /> No. 90. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, <br /> 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing <br /> the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by <br /> Zoning Unit Map #233, attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br /> dated October 13, 1981, and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
