IN THE CITY COUNCXL 01~ TIlE CITY 01~ PLEA~ANTON, <br />OF ALAMEDA, STATE 0Y CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2523 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance w~th the provisions of the <br />State law governing mun£cipa~ elections, it becomes the duty of <br />the Council of the City of Pleasanton to give notice of such <br />election and to perform such other acts as are required by laws <br />now therefore <br /> <br /> HE YT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton, that public notice is hereby given that an election <br />will be held in the City of Pleasanton on Tuesday, the 10th day <br /> <br /> for the purpose of electing the following <br /> <br />of April, A. D. 19~6, <br />officers~ <br /> <br /> Three (3) Councilmen to serve for the full term <br /> <br /> of four years; <br /> <br /> One {1) Clerk to serve for the full term of <br /> <br /> four years~ <br /> <br /> One (1) Treasurer to serve for the full term of <br /> four years; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said election be <br />conducted in accordance with law and that said election be held <br />in one precinct to be known as Consolidated Election Precinct <br />#A#, said consolidated precinct to be composed of the three <br />election precincts in the City of Pleasanton, the boundaries of <br />such precincts to be the same as those prescribed by the Board <br />of Supervisors of Alameda County for State and Oounty <br />elections; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the polling place of <br />said precinct shall be at the City Hall, Main and Division <br /> <br /> <br />
