RESOLUTION NO. 2522 <br /> <br />AI~ES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />· 13 SF_u~tT: None <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby resolve as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The City of Pleasanton hereby approves the opening of a public <br /> street connectin~ Rose Avenue and Division Street near the Arroyo del Valle <br /> for the purpose of serving the Alameda County Fair; subject, however, to <br /> the follo~ng terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> a) The County shall obtain a 60 foot right of way, and dedicate <br /> it to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> b) The right of way and street shall be located as shoml on the <br /> reap of the County Surveyor filed ~rith the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> c) The County shall improve said street at least forty feet in <br /> width, and according to plans and specifications approved by the City <br /> County, the City Engineer or both. <br /> <br /> d) The County shall include in its constl~/on curbs and ~utters <br /> constructed to City of Pleasanton specifications, and the City sha~l <br /> re/mburse the County the cost for these curbs and ~utters. <br /> <br /> e) Realizing that t~e is important in order to complete this <br /> improvement before the June 1956 Fair, the City shall have the priv/- <br /> lege of constructing sewer and water pipes under said street, pro- <br /> vided that the City shall notify the Connty of this decision before <br /> 5:00 P.H., ~arch 15, 1956o <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1956, upon the follow- <br />ing Vote: <br /> <br /> Councilmen Abrott, Ca~ro, Hansen~ Hector and Tr~n/n~ha~ <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Nayor of the City(~/~leasanton <br /> <br />City C~drk of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
