CITY OF PLEASANTON, COUNTY OF ~A, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 255~ <br />Accepting Grant of Easement for Sewer <br />and Public Utilities Purposes from Archie <br />H. Shotwell and Jewel M. Shotwell. <br /> <br /> WR~_~E~ ARCHIE H. SHO~ELL and JEWEL M. SHOEW~ELL, his wife, <br />have tendered to the City and have delivered to the City of <br />Pleasanton, a grant of easement and right of way for sewer pur- <br />poses and for public utilities purposes on their property on First <br />Street, Pleasanton, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS it is for the best interests of the City of Pleasan- <br />ton to accept delivery of said deed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL OF TME CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City of Pleasanton accepts the grant of <br />easement from said Archie E. Shotwell and Jewel N. Shotwell, his <br />wife, by deed dated March 8, 1956, more particularly described <br />in said deed, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 2.
