CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1001 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO PILEZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 20 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON <br /> THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE IMMEDIATELY EAST <br /> OF THE CITY LIMIT LINE TO PUD-~DIUM DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an <br /> approximately 20 acre site located on the north side <br /> of Vineyard Avenue immediately east of the City <br /> limit line, which land is involved in Annexation <br /> No. 88, to the PUD-Medium Density Residential District;' <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> October 13, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tions for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed pulbic hearing was held on October 13, <br /> 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 20 acre site <br /> located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue immediately <br /> east of the city limit line, which parcel is involved <br /> in Annexation No. 88, to PUD-Medium Density Residential <br /> District, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a. That no development take place on the subject <br /> property until a road connection has been <br /> established between Pico Avenue and Stanley <br /> Boulevard. <br /> <br /> b. That no development take place on the 20 acre <br /> subject property until a sewer study analyzing <br /> the capacity in the Arroyo del Valle sewer <br /> trunk line and the First and Ray Street pump <br /> station has been completed. Said study <br /> shall show whether there is sufficient <br /> capacity in the line and pump station to <br /> <br /> <br />
