Approved regular meeting minutes September 4, 2012 and September 18, 2012 <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-567 amending the effective date of <br /> implementation of employee contributions towards CaIPERS for management employees <br /> covered by the Management/Confidential Employees Compensation and Benefits Plan <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> 4. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2051 approving the application of <br /> Hendrick Automotive Group for PUD Development Plan (Case No. PUD-89) to allow <br /> demolition of an approximately 2,950 sq. ft. building and construction of an approximately <br /> 6,260 sq. ft. building to provide automotive detailing services, an inventory parking lot, and <br /> related site improvements at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road <br /> 5. Wavied second reading and adoption Ordinance No. 2052 approving a Major Modification <br /> to the Planned Unit Development for Valley Business Park (VBP) to allow State-registered <br /> Heritage Schools as a Conditional Use, as filed under Case PUD-80-01-12M <br /> Community Services <br /> 6.
