CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-632 <br /> APPROVING A MINOR MODIFICATION OF LANGUAGE CHANGE TO <br /> PUD-79-2-4M, TWELVE OAKS PUD, PERTAINING TO FENCES AND <br /> ALLOWING VICTOR WEBER TO RETAIN THE SOLID FENCE AT HIS <br /> RESIDENCE <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Victor Weber has requested a minor modification to <br /> PUD-79-2-4M to allow him to retain the solid fence at <br /> his residence; and <br /> WHEREAS , after consideration of testimony and evidence presented <br /> at its meeting of December 11, 1984 , Council finds it <br /> appropriate to amend PUD-79-2-4M; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the request of Victor Weber to retain the <br /> fences at his residence as currently placed. <br /> Section 2 : Accepts the language change to PUD-79-2-4M as <br /> follows: <br /> "That the Director of Planning and Community Development <br /> may grant approval to install solid wood and,/or wood and <br /> masonry fences on side and rear property lines if he <br /> determines such fencing would not be noticably visible <br /> from adjacent public streets. " <br /> Section 3 : This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED DECEMBER 11, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None / /AT TEST: !a L ENNETH R.
