ORDINANCE NO. 2052 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> APPROVING A PUD MAJOR MODIFICATION TO THE VALLEY BUSINESS PARK, <br /> AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-80-01-12M <br /> WHEREAS, the Tri-Valley Chinese Bible Church has applied for a Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) Major Modification to include State-registered Heritage Schools as a <br /> Conditional Use in the Valley Business Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Valley Business Park is zoned PUD-I (Planned Unit Development — <br /> Industrial) District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council received the Planning Commission's positive <br /> recommendation for approval of the PUD Major Modification; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project is exempt from the <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303, Class 3; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the PUD Major Modification is consistent with the <br /> General Plan policies and the purpose of the PUD Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The City Council approves Case PUD-80-01-12M, a PUD Major <br /> Modification to the Valley Business Park Conditions of Approval to modify condition of approval <br /> no. 8, Permitted and Conditionally Allowed Uses, to include "State-registered Heritage Schools" <br /> under the list of Conditionally allowed uses as follows: <br /> Neighborhood and Support Commercial Uses <br /> N. The following conditionally allowed uses: <br /> 7. State-registered Heritage Schools <br /> Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and <br /> adoption. <br />
