Approved regular meeting minutes August 21, 2012 <br /> 2. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution No. 12-563 to implement employee contribution <br /> towards CALPERS Pension Plan for Management Employees and Resolution No. 12-564 to <br /> implement employee contribution towards CALPERS Pension Plan for International Association of <br /> Firefighters Local 1974 <br /> Community Development <br /> 3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 4. Public Hearing: PUD-89, Kier and Wright — Introduced and wavied full reading of Ordinance No. <br /> 2051 approving the application of Hendrick Automotive Group for PUD Development Plan to allow <br /> demolition of an approximately 2,950 sq. ft. building and construction of an approximately 6,260 <br /> sq, ft. building to provide automotive detailing services, an inventory parking lot, and related site <br /> improvements at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road <br /> 5. Public Hearing: PUD-80-01-12M/P12-0841, Introduced and wavied full reading of Ordinance <br /> No. 2052 approving a Major Modification to the Planning Unit Development for Valley Business <br /> Park (VBP) to allow State-registered schools as a Conditional Use; and wavied full reading and <br /> adopted Resolution No. 12-565 approving a Conditional Use Permit for State-registered Heritage <br /> School to operate a Kindergarten through Fifth Grade school within an existing Tri-Valley Chinese <br /> Bible Church building at 1055 Serpentine Lane <br /> 6. Accepted public improvements performed by Property Development Centers, LLC in conjunction <br /> with the Safeway Center on the southeast corner of Bernal Avenue and Valley Avenue and <br /> authorized the City Clerk file a Notice of Completion <br /> 7. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2050 approving the application of Safeway, <br /> Inc., to replace a 4,379 Square Foot bank/restaurant building with a drive-through at 6782 Bernal <br />
