CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA OP~INANCE NO. 998 ORDINANCE APPROVING A DEVELOPI'~ENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND KAISER FOUNDATION HEALTH PLAN, INC. WItEREAS, Government Code §65864 through §65869.5 authorizes cities and counties to enter into binding development agreements with persons having legal or equitable interests in real property for the development of such property; and WHEREAS, Kaiser Foundation tlealth Plan, Inc. made application to the City to enter into such an agreement provided for in the Government Code; and WHEREAS, after public notice, the Planning Commission held a hearing on August 12, 1981 and recommended approval of the development agreement as proposed. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. (which can be reviewed at the City Attorney's office, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California). Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute said agreement. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on September 8, 1981. ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on September 29, 1981 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers - Kephart, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Mercer NOES: None KENNE~~R,~ ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ABSTAIN: None
