<br /> 3. The sub£~ivider shall relocate to the satisfaction of the Pleasanton Township

<br /> etc. The subdivider shall furnish work and labor~ ami the City shall Day

<br /> of pot holes. Grading as is required for coustr~ctiou of pavemeut,
<br /> curb, ~utter and si~ewalk.
<br /> The subdivider shall re!~,ve all trees on the southerly side of Vineyard
<br /> Avenue and reconstrttct road frou new curb, gutter and sidewalk to
<br /> existing~, edge of pave~.qent.

<br /> 6. All provisions of the City of Fleasanton Subdivisien Ordinance shall

<br /> waters discharge upon adjoining properties.
<br /> 8. Standard vertical curb and gutter and separated and/or integral
<br /> side~:alk~ shall be co~structed on all streets.
<br /> 9. Prior to the final preparation of the subgrade and placeJ~ent of base
<br /> ~naterial, all under~iround utility mainm shall be installed and
<br /> service connections stubbe~ out beyond curb line. Service from
<br /> public utilities and frc~) sa[~itary sewers shall be zade available
<br /> for each lot in such ~a~:ner as ~ill obviate the necessit~ for

<br /> to be subject to the approw~l of the City Engineer.
<br />11. Approval of this Tentative :~%p as to street improve~neuts and street
<br /> drainage by the Plam~ing Oo~.~ission extends to general plans only.
<br /> Detail plans and specifications as to street J2~proveraents, grades
<br /> and street drainage, including sizes and types of draina~:e structures,
<br /> shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
<br />12. The subdivider shall pay to the City of Pleasanton the sum of Fifty
<br /> Dollars ($50.00) per lot as sewer connection fee, payable upon connection
<br /> to the City Sanitation Plant.
