CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUI~Y, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 996 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MORRISON HOLES FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAi~ APPROVAL FOR A 75-LOT SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPmeNT TO BE LOCATED ON TIlE NORTH SIDE OF VALLEY AVENUE, BETI~EN KOLLN STREET AND TIlE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TP~CKS ~a{EREAS, Morrison Homes applied for development plan approval for construction of a 75-1ot single-family residential planned unit development to be located on the north side of Valley Avenue, between Kolln Street and the Southern Pacific railroad tracks; and ~EREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on September 8, 1981; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and ~tEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 8, 1981; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE,' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES t~REBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a 75-1ot single-family residential planned unit development to be located on the north side of Valley Avenue, between Kolln Street and the Southern Pacific railroad tracks, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
