CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 995 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF VERMILLION DEVELOPI'IEiIT COMPANY FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 21-UNIT TOWNttOUSE DEVELOPIfENT TO BE LOCATED ON THE NORTtI SIDE OF DEL VALLE PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET EAST OF TIlE INTERSECTION OF HARVEST ROAD AI~D DEL VALLE PARKWAY WHEREAS, Vermillion Development Company applied for development plan approval for construction of a 21-unit townhouse development to be located on the north side of Del Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the intersection of liarvest Road and Del Valle Parkway; and ~.YHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on September 8, 1981; and WttEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and %,~tEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 8, 1981; and ~,~tEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PL.EASANTON DOES ttEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a 21-unit townhouse development to be located on the north side of Del Valle Parkway approximately 200 feet east of the intersection of Harvest Road and Del Valle the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached Parkway subject to hereto lnd by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (.15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
