That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br /> does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer <br /> capacity to serve this development by the approval of <br /> this case, and that the developer agrees and acknowledges <br /> tkat building permit approval may be withheld if sewer <br /> capacity is found by the City not to be available. <br /> <br />25. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment <br /> permit from the City prior to the beginning of construction- <br /> <br /> 26. That the developer pay any and all fees that the <br /> property may be subject to. <br /> <br /> 27. That the storm drain line from the state culvert at <br /> 1-680 to Muirwood Drive be 42" per prior A.C.F.C, <br /> requirements or;to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer, <br /> <br /> 31. That a utility plan be developed and be made a <br /> part of the tentative map which will coordinate <br /> and define the locations of water meters, utility <br /> boxes and other related streetscape items in <br /> relation to the multiple driveways proposed. <br /> <br /> 32. That the linear parcel along the freeway frontage <br /> of the development be developed, landscaped, and <br /> maintained by a homeowners association.
