CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> PUD-81-17 <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br /> on the development plan (Exhibits A, B, C and D) <br /> on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />2. That the developer shall adhere to all of the <br /> recommendations of the Traffic Noise Analysis <br /> Study No. 12-103-1 by Edward L. Peck Associates, <br /> dated 10/6/80. ' <br /> <br />3. That a final plan for the pool area, in,the townhouse <br /> portion of the development, shall be su~.mitted to <br /> the Planning Divisio~ for approval prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit. <br /> <br />4o -That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br /> of a building.permit- ~ <br /> <br /> 5. That the developer be advised that the project is <br /> subject to the City's Residential Allocation Progr'am. <br /> <br /> 6. That none of the units within the development shall <br /> employ free standing metal stove pipes, wood framed <br /> chimneys may be substituted for these features. <br /> <br /> 7. That a plan for on street parking within the develop- <br /> ment shall be submitted to the Police Department and <br /> Engineering Department for approval-. <br /> <br /> 8. That the street number of all buildings be posted so <br /> as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br /> and night. <br /> <br /> 9. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br /> any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure~ <br /> on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br /> from view with materials architecturally compatible <br /> with the main structure. <br /> <br /> 10.
