CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAJ-~EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 994 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHANG SU-O LIN FOR <br /> PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br /> 121-UNIT PROJECT PROPOSED FOR 16.1 ACRES LOCATED <br /> ON THE EAST SIDE OF MUIRWOOD DRIVE BET~tEN WEST <br /> LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND L~R40NWOOD WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin applied to have an approximately <br /> 16.1 acre site located on the east side of Muirwood <br /> Drive between West Las Positas Boulevard and Lemonwood <br /> Way rezoned from A (Agricultrual) to PUD-High Density <br /> Residential/Medium Density Residential and for <br /> development plan' approval for a 121-unit townhouse/ <br /> duplex residential complex; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> potential significant adverse effects on the environment, <br /> a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council <br /> on September 8, 1981; and <br /> <br />WI{EPdZAS, Council received the Planning Commission' s recommendation <br /> for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 8, <br /> 1981; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtlE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES t~EREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 16.1 acre <br /> site located on the east side of _Muirwood Drive between <br /> West Las Positas Boulevard and Lemonwood Way from A <br /> (Agricultural) to PUD-Itigh Density Residential/Medium <br /> Density Residential District. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit IIap ~'J228~ attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "B" dated September 8, 1981, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Approves the development plan for a 121-unit <br /> townhouse/duplex residential complex proposed for the <br /> above-described site, subject to the conditions set <br /> forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
