THE CITY OF
pLEASANTON.
MEMORANDUM
Date: July 17, 2012
To: Nelson Fialho, City Manager
From: Daniel Smith, Director of Operation Services
Subject: ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE
absences from January through June 2012
During the first half of 2012, the Energy and Environment Committee held their meetings on January 25,
February 22, March 28, April 25, May 23 and June 27. While the Committee members usually notify
Laura Ryan or Dora Lozano of their intended absence, I understand that there is no distinction between
"excused" and "unexcused." Non-attendance at one or more meeting requires an explanation from the
Committee member. Where I know the reason for the absence, I've indicated so. The months not noted
below, all members were present.
Absent from Jan 25, 2012 meeting Explanation
William Carrick Work conflict
Mark Posson Work conflict
Absent from February 22, 2012 meeting Explanation
Sophia Holbrook School conflict
Mike McGinley Work conflict
Absent from May 23, 2012 meeting Explanation
William Carrick Personal conflict
Stephen Motzko Work conflict
Mark Posson Personal conflict
