COI~DITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> PUD-81-11 <br /> <br />1. That the existing use of the subject site, the Jorgensen <br /> fishing tackle business or any other fishing tackle <br /> business may continue on the siteindefinitely within <br /> the structures as they are now constituted. Any expansion <br /> of the buildings on the site in conjunction with a fishing <br /> tackle business shall constitute an amendment to this <br /> PUD and shall be processed under the provision of Section <br /> 2-8.32, Article 14 of the Pleasanton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />2. That the only other use allowed on the site shall be <br /> general warehousing and ancilliary office activities <br /> conducted in conjunction with warehousing. Warehousing <br /> shall be defined as "a building or activity where wares <br /> or goods are stored, as before distribution to retailers, <br /> or are kept in reserve, in bond, etc." <br /> <br /> 3. That no additional structures shall be built in conjunction <br /> with any warehousing activity on the site nor shall any <br /> existing structure be enlarged in any manner. <br /> <br /> 4. That the hours of operation for any warehousing activity <br /> shall be limited to'7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through <br /> Friday. <br /> <br /> 5. That trucks larger than 2 axles in size shall not be <br /> used to service any warehousing activity on the site <br /> (this restriction does not apply to the existing Jorgensen <br /> fishing tackle business). <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> <br />
