CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 993 APPROVING Tt~ APPLICATION OF THOMAS JORGEi]SEN TO REZONE AN APPROXIMATELY TWO-THIRDS ACRE SITE AT 4225 STANLEY BOULEVARD FROM R-1-6500 (SINGLE- FAMILY) DISTRICT TO PUD-COFR~RCIAL WttKEAS, Thomas Jorgensen applied to have an approximately two- thirds acre parcel at 4225 Stanley Boulevard rezoned from R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) to PUD- Commercial District; and ~tEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on September 8, 1981; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 8, 1981; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately two-thirds acre parcel located at 4225 Stanley Boulevard from R-1-6500 (Single-Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development-Commercial) District, subject to the conditions on Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~227, attached hereto as Exhibit B dated September 8, 1981, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
