CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAJ{EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDII~NCE NO. 992 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXImaTELY NINE ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON TIlE EAST SIDE OF ~BER LANE APPROXIMATELY 415 FEET SOUTH OF MOCKINGBIRD LANE TO R-I-20,000 (RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY) WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately nine acre parcel located on the east side of Amber Lane approximately 415 feet south of Mockingbird Lane (Annexation No. 82) to R-i-20,000 (Residential Single-Family); and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on August 25, 1981; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 25, 1981; and ~REAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately nine acre parcel located on the east side of Amber Lane approxi- mately 415 feet south of Mockingbird Lane, which land is involved in Annexation No. 82, to R-i-20,000 (Resi- dential Single-Family). Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #226, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated August 25, 1981, and incorporated herein. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
