IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH,'~ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ~,,L~,~DA, STATE OF ~T F '~ , <br /> <br /> !~SOLUTION # 2646 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTiLICT F0R <br /> ENGINEERING SFAVICES <br /> <br /> ~]~EREAS, Roy Edwin Ramseier, Sanitary and Hydraulic Engineer, has <br />negotiated aud discussed with the Council of the City of Pleasanton proposed <br />improveraents for the Pleasanton sewage disposal system; <br /> <br /> N~f THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City of Pleasanton does hereby engage the <br />services of RoyEdwin Ramseier, registered Civil <br />Engineer, to undertake a study of the capacities and <br />limitations of its sewage plant and to mal~ proposals <br />of ~arious units of expansion of said Treatment Plant; <br />and if requested by the Council, to complete drawings <br />and final plans for desired improvements. <br /> <br /> The ,Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute in behalf <br /> lng <br />of the City of Pleasanton the "Proposed !~lngineer/Agreement" dated February <br /> <br />28, 1957, <br /> <br />P;~SED MqD ADOPTED this 25th day of March, 1957. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR - City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />onner - City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
