IN THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNT~ OF ALt~EDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #2642 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the model electric code as reco.w.~nded by the East Bay Uniform <br />Electrical Code Committee (1954 Edition) was adopted by the City of Pleasan- <br />ton by Resolution #2346, duly proposed April 5, 1954; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution purposely excluded the B Schedule Set in said <br />Model Electric Code (1954 Edition); <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City of Pleasanton does hereby adopt the fees <br />scheduled for electrical permits as contained in the appexdix in the <br /> <br />1954 edition of the Model Electric Code published by the Uniform Building <br />Codes Association, Inc. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Officers are hereby instructed to make charges <br />and collect monies due under said fee schedule. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the regular meeting of February 25, 1957. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MAYOR- City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />City Ci~Fk of the City~of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
